Anchor Skysuites - LOCATION

Anchor Skysuites is located at Ongpin Street, Binondo Manila

As this project was targeted towards the Filipino-Chinese there was only one location where it could be and that was the Binondo district in Manila, more commonly known as Chinatown but no previous project of this magnitude had ever before been attempted. It was therefore having the trust of their partners and share-holders that allowed Anchor Land Holdings, Inc. to proceed.

Although Chinatown is perhaps the main business center for the city, Anchor Skysuites is situated in a residential enclave within the bustling business area. This does however mean that residents are within easy reach of any additional facility they may occasionally need. Manila Airport

Although Manila’s Airport (Manila Ninoy Aquino International Airport) is located 4 miles south of the city and 12.4kms from Chinatown, it is only a 37 minute drive along the Roxas Blvd. The airport has 4 terminals with terminals 1 and 3 dealing with international carriers, terminal 2 for the exclusive use of the Philippines national carrier, Philippine Airlines and terminal 4 for domestic airlines. This means that residents of Anchor Skysuites can be enjoying a domestic or international flight to many different destinations, within an hour.

Overview

Although most things that residents of Anchor Skysuites may want for business, relaxation or recreation are provided for within the building, anything else they may need is within a short distance and easily accessible, meaning no need for long commutes or extended road trips. Although the suites were designed for luxury, one of its best features is its location, central to business and yet not too far from anything else that a well-to-do resident may need.
